The Art Effect is seeking a Communications and Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of the agency's print and media communication. This role is pivotal in crafting and disseminating press releases, managing website content, and developing marketing and social media messaging. The Communications and Marketing Manager will promote events and support program attendance and registration while reviewing collateral materials. This position requires collaboration across various departments and with program managers to create effective print and web-based materials that resonate with the community and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media tools, platforms, and trends, along with experience in web content development, brand management, and project management. The role demands an organized and independent individual capable of implementing content strategies on social media, analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns. Strong writing skills and attention to detail are essential, as is experience in youth education organizations that utilize social media as a storytelling tool. As a member of The Art Effect team, the Communications and Marketing Manager will contribute to a creative organization that positively impacts the community through its projects and campaigns.
