This role is essential in overseeing internal communication channels, such as Employee News and Global News, which are designed to keep employees informed about significant news and changes within the company. In addition to managing the intranet, the Communications Coordinator will assist in content creation, review, and editing for executive communications and special projects. This includes collaborating with various teams within the organization, such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design, Digital Media, Products, and Services, to effectively plan and communicate content that resonates with the global network. The coordinator will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing new solutions that enhance communication both at the corporate level and globally. This role requires a proactive approach to communication, ensuring that all information disseminated is not only accurate but also engaging and relevant to the audience.
