About The Position
The Communications Coordinator is a senior member of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions communications team at Oklahoma State University. This role supports the university's enrollment management goals by leading communication, marketing, and outreach efforts aimed at prospective students, their families, and other stakeholders. The position involves managing email projects, coordinating a team of communications specialists, and ensuring that all communications align with brand standards.
