Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate data entry for various admissions-related materials and inquiries.
• Create and maintain prospective student computer records, ensuring quality control over data.
• Execute effective office communication through various channels including text, email, and phone.
• Assist in developing and managing an integrated communication plan for prospective students.
• Respond professionally to inquiries from prospective students, parents, and staff regarding admissions and financial aid.
• Assist in planning and executing large visit days for prospective students and their families.
• Supervise student ambassadors and ensure smooth production of recruitment activities.
• Complete required training and performance management tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1+ year of office or customer service experience, preferably in a higher education setting.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years of database experience and familiarity with customer relationship management systems.
• Experience in college admissions and supervising students.
• Event planning or related experience.
