About the position

As a Communication Manager focused on social media for the CEO of AI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the public narrative around our innovative AI products and initiatives. This position is designed for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about leveraging social media to communicate complex ideas in an engaging and accessible manner. You will be responsible for crafting eye-catching, viral posts that resonate with diverse audiences while maintaining clarity and professionalism in communication. Your proactive, creative, and flexible approach will be essential in navigating the fast-paced environment of AI development and communication. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the organization. This includes identifying new platforms for engagement, such as TikTok and Instagram Reels, and determining the best ways for the AI CEO to interact with these channels. Collaboration with product teams, public relations partners, and content creators will be crucial to ensure a cohesive message across all platforms. You will also be tasked with monitoring industry trends, conducting social listening, and gathering insights from both external and internal sources to inform your content strategy. Your responsibilities will extend to copywriting for social media posts and video scripts, as well as supporting the filming of both candid and scripted content. You will be expected to network within the organization to source content and best practices, amplifying the reach of our messaging. Additionally, you will provide support for other executive communication priorities, including event participation and internal communications, all while embodying the company’s culture and values. This role is not just about communication; it’s about empowering every person and organization to achieve more through the responsible use of AI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that supports the communication goals of the AI CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in Communication, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, or Project Management.
  • Experience working with social media platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with audiences at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in Communication, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, or Project Management.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an executive communication role.
