About the position

The Communications Manager at Provide is a strategic digital marketing and communications expert responsible for enhancing the organization's visibility and engagement with target audiences, particularly health and social service providers in the Southeast. This role involves managing digital channels, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, and representing Provide at industry conferences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reproductive health communications and a commitment to equity and inclusivity in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital communications strategies to promote Provide's trainings and programs.
  • Maintain a content calendar for all digital channels, including social media, email, and website content.
  • Create and curate engaging content aligned with Provide's strategic goals and advocacy work.
  • Monitor news and messaging from partners to develop proactive and reactive communications.
  • Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, providing insights for strategy adjustments.
  • Support marketing and communications needs across Provide's program divisions.
  • Manage product ordering and ensure brand alignment in all marketing materials.
  • Assist in planning and executing donor communications and events.
  • Represent Provide at industry conferences, managing logistics and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing/communications role, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
  • Experience in reproductive rights/health/justice communication is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for various formats including promotional and advocacy messaging.
  • Strong oral communication skills for representing Provide at conferences.
  • Experience with digital communications platforms including social media and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to design and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation using design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Ability to analyze digital performance metrics and make strategic recommendations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience creating TikToks or Instagram Reels.
  • Previous experience with exhibiting at community events or professional conferences.
