The Communications Manager at Mercy Healthcare is responsible for leading and supporting internal and external communication efforts within the Sacramento Market. Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support for internal and external communications efforts in support of clinics, facilities, and services within the Sacramento Market.
  • Shape and execute communication strategies in alignment with regional and system marketing and communications leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to ensure effective communication across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and communications trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
