Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage internship programs that align with company goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for full-time positions.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new employees and interns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internship programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
  • Organize career fairs and networking events to connect potential candidates with hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in developing internship programs.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies.
