The Marketing Director at Mid-Del Technology Center (MDTC) is a pivotal leadership role responsible for spearheading all marketing initiatives within the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with MDTC's goals and enhance its visibility in the community. The Marketing Director will oversee a variety of marketing activities, including traditional and non-traditional methods such as print materials, digital media, social media, and community events. The role is designed to ensure that all marketing efforts are consistent with MDTC's brand identity and strategic plan. In addition to leading marketing efforts, the Marketing Director will guide the leadership team in the development of critical documents and opportunities, including CareerTech's accreditation application and various grants and awards. This position operates on a 235-day contract, with a daily schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and may require some evening and weekend work to fulfill the responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or a related field, or have at least five years of recent marketing experience. They should have a strong understanding of digital media and social media management, along with supervisory and project management experience. The Marketing Director will also be responsible for maintaining high standards across all marketing channels and ensuring that MDTC's offerings are effectively promoted to both internal and external stakeholders.
