The Communications Operator in Materials Management Logistics is responsible for managing incoming calls and providing assistance to callers. Responsibilities

• Answers all incoming calls and transfers calls to the appropriate department.
• Supplies information to callers and keeps a record of calls placed.
• Greets, directs, and assists incoming phone calls and visitors with courtesy.

• Performs clerical duties, receives visitors, and schedules appointments as needed.
