About the position

The Communications Specialist 3 will support the Customer Success area within a dynamic research and design team at a leading technology company. This role involves managing communications and logistics for workshops, ensuring a positive customer experience, and developing content for new programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and organizational abilities, contributing to the success of high-profile customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with workshop facilitators on workshop needs and logistics, including booking conference facilities and managing catering.
  • Create and disseminate a variety of email communications pre-and-post workshop ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Liaise 1x1 via email with workshop attendees to answer questions, set proper expectations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support operations by developing additional content for the program.
  • Manage logistics and communications for a new program, including organizing workshops for high-profile customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience with the Microsoft suite.
  • 5-7 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Event Coordinator, or in related tasks.
  • 5-7 years of experience with high-level communications.
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer service abilities.
