About the position

The Communications Specialist 5 will be a key member of the Business Operations team, focusing on Security & Compliance Identity Management (SCIM). This role involves managing communication channels, creating and curating content, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective storytelling and timely dissemination of information. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and strategic thinking to align with the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of news and multimedia content.
• Create and curate content for various platforms, ensuring quality and effective storytelling.
• Drive event content decks and prepare meeting recaps.
• Collaborate with teams to write and finalize weekly and monthly reports.
• Provide regular updates on active communications initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in website management (SharePoint) with a focus on visual appeal and functionality.
• 8+ years of experience in building decks, compiling content, and creating agendas.
• 8+ years of experience in communication skills, including crisis communication and quick turnarounds.
• Experience with MSFT 365, Outlook, creating templates, SharePoint, and building websites.
• Experience in communications for projects, program initiatives, and releases.
