As a Communications Specialist in Schertz, Texas, you will own and be responsible for developing, coordinating, editing, and planning internal communications across multiple platforms in support of Caterpillar's Industrial Power Systems Division (IPSD). You will collaborate with global internal stakeholders and advise on the suitability of approaches for communication efforts through communication plans and strategies. Tracking and analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of internal communications will be a key part of your role. You will take ownership of division communications vehicles, which includes writing, editing, and distributing internal materials such as newsletters, websites, and employee meetings. Your content creation will span various formats, including articles, videos, interviews, Q&As, infographics, and presentations, ensuring that messaging and branding are consistent across all channels. Additionally, you will develop and distribute communications materials, such as written communications, video production, and presentation materials, to deliver key messages effectively. Managing multiple projects simultaneously while focusing on details, deadlines, and prioritization will be essential. You will also support the development and delivery of communications for the IPSD HR Director and global HR team, including both internal and external communications.

Responsibilities
