The Communications Specialist will support enterprise-wide communications projects, focusing on business partner communications. This role aims to inform and engage employees through storytelling and integrated communications efforts, contributing to the mission of supporting renters and homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Inform and engage employees through storytelling and integrated communications efforts.
- Support the development, delivery, and measurement of employee communications projects.
- Engage with corporate functional business partners to support their strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in communications or related field.
- Proficient writing skills with a strong understanding of AP Style.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SharePoint and Adobe Marketing Cloud or similar applications.
- Experience in journalism or writing news, features, or marketing copy.
