About the position

The Communications Specialist position at Rose International is a temporary role based in Cincinnati, OH, requiring an onsite presence. The successful candidate will be a corporate communications professional with hands-on experience in developing and writing lending procedures specifically for the Wealth Management Credit Operations and Lending Center. This role involves organizing, reviewing, and rewriting all relevant procedures, working closely with a team of four and collaborating with a larger group of 250 individuals across the country. The position is crucial for ensuring that all communications are clear, effective, and aligned with the company's customer-focused culture. The Communications Specialist will utilize various software tools, including MS Office, PowerBI, and SharePoint, to update, format, write, and organize all Wealth Management Credit Procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for writing and creativity, with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple mediums, including digital, social, and print communications. This role requires a strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment. In addition to writing and organizing procedures, the Communications Specialist will develop and implement communication programs aimed at enhancing customer experiences. This includes executing a communications strategy that aligns with major company goals, ensuring consistent messaging, and seeking opportunities to combine resources for effective campaigns. The role also involves tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on results, as well as interfacing with cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and timely execution of campaigns. Understanding business objectives, revenue goals, and the importance of speed-to-market will be essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Create a repository via PowerBI and update, format, write, and organize procedures.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in developing and writing lending procedures.
