About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and disseminating content across multiple channels, including email, newsletters, intranet, and social media. You will work alongside employee resource groups and subject matter experts to ensure that our communications are not only informative but also engaging and aligned with our organizational goals. Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders will be essential as you support the creation and distribution of communication materials that reflect our commitment to transparency and inclusivity. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of integrated brand and communication plans, manage project timelines, and monitor the effectiveness of our communication efforts. Your insights and recommendations will be invaluable in refining our strategies and enhancing the overall impact of our communications. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to raise awareness on employee experience programs and company-wide initiatives.
  • Write and create content for various channels including email, newsletters, intranet, and social media.
  • Collaborate with employee resource groups and subject matter experts on communication activities.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support the creation and distribution of communication materials.
  • Contribute to integrated brand and communication plans, processes, and calendar management.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of communications activities and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field with a writing/editing emphasis.
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging stories.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with digital platforms such as SharePoint and Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
