Responsibilities

• Collaborate with workshop facilitators on workshop needs and logistics, including booking conference facilities and managing catering.
• Create and disseminate a variety of email communications pre-and-post workshop ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Liaise 1x1 via email with workshop attendees to answer questions, set proper expectations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Support operations by developing additional content for the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred.
• 5-7 years related experience required.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience with MSFT suite.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience as an Admin Assistant or Event Coordinator or related tasks.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience with high level communications.
