The representative will be responsible for developing strong relationships with local and national property management teams, which is essential for the sale and retention of Comcast's services. The position requires strategic planning and ongoing sales support tailored to a designated group of multi-dwelling unit (MDU) properties. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Comcast's offerings and a mastery of sales processes to consistently maximize sales performance. This role demands in-depth experience in large complex MDU community sales, where the representative will often determine their own work priorities. Additionally, the Community Account Representative will act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, providing guidance and mentorship. Core responsibilities include demonstrating expert knowledge of Comcast products, meeting and exceeding sales goals, driving customer acquisition and retention, managing customer care issues, and developing strong working relationships with property management and leasing staff. The representative will also be expected to proactively follow up with customers and property staff regarding sales and technical issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Regular attendance, the ability to work nights and weekends, and participation in on-site events are also essential components of this role.
