About the position

The Community Associate role at IWG involves working closely with customers to create and maintain a vibrant community within the workspace center. This position focuses on providing administrative and support services to ensure customers can effectively run their businesses while enjoying a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks and support needs for customers.
  • Ensure the workspace is ready for customers at the start of the day.
  • Assist customers with requests such as WiFi codes, package inquiries, and meeting room setups.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and maintain accurate service charges for invoicing.
  • Organize and promote networking events within the center.
  • Sort and manage incoming mail and packages for customers.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various customer requests efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic administrative skills, including invoicing and service management.
