About the position

The Community Associate role at IWG involves working closely with customers to create and maintain a supportive community within the workspace center. This position focuses on handling administrative tasks and customer support needs, allowing clients to concentrate on their business operations. Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks and customer support needs for clients.
  • Ensure the workspace is ready for customers at the start of the day.
  • Assist customers with various requests, including WiFi changes and package inquiries.
  • Handle invoicing and ensure accurate service charges.
  • Organize and promote networking events within the center.
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager on community activities and events.
  • Provide assistance with office equipment and facilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic administrative skills, including invoicing and service management.
