About the position

The Community Association Manager at RowCal is responsible for the overall management and oversight of a portfolio of community associations. This role acts as a liaison between the association board and RowCal's supporting divisions or third-party service providers, ensuring effective communication and management of community needs. The position emphasizes relationship management, coordination of services, and administrative oversight to enhance the HOA experience for community members.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of community associations.
  • Act as a liaison between the association board and RowCal's supporting divisions or third-party service providers.
  • Review, coordinate, and respond to homeowner ACC requests.
  • Oversee covenants enforcement and issue violations as necessary.
  • Administer homeowner, Board, and association data in CINC Systems.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all Board communications.
  • Administer on-site association amenities and gate houses.
  • Retain and administer all association records in SharePoint and WebAxis.
  • Address and resolve all homeowner escalations.
  • Update and maintain the management plan in CINC Systems as necessary.
  • Draft and execute all association communications including statutory notices and newsletters.
  • Approve all invoices for payment in accordance with the association budget and board direction.
  • Review and process violations and ACC requests weekly.
  • Prepare for and attend all Board Meetings, including preparation of Board Meeting Packets.
  • Review monthly financials for accuracy and compliance.
  • Audit SharePoint and WebAxis quarterly to ensure proper organization of records.
  • Prepare and draft annual operating and reserves budget for all associations.

Requirements

  • 3 years or more experience in property management preferred.
  • Single Family Management/Home Owners Experience preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Able to problem solve and work independently.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of property management software.
