About the position

The Community Association Manager (CAM) at RealManage is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of community associations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service agreements. The CAM acts as a liaison between the community and the Board of Directors, promoting community harmony and enhancing property values through effective management and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for a portfolio of community associations.
• Provide administrative and operational advice to the Board of Directors.
• Mentor and develop staff to ensure high performance.
• Assist the board with hiring contractors and insurance carriers.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for community services and amenities.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and local laws.
• Manage budgets and provide financial reports for community associations.
• Oversee maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Address and resolve resident concerns and disputes professionally.
• Implement risk management strategies to minimize liabilities.

Requirements

• CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired.
• Minimum 2-3 years in property/community management experience.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
