About the position

Greenacre Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated On-site Community Manager for a large condominium association located in South Tampa, Florida. This position is ideal for someone who is willing to go the extra distance to ensure the smooth operation and management of the community. As Tampa Bay's oldest and most established property management company, we specialize in managing large master associations and upscale condominium associations. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the condominium association, which includes managing staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with community rules and regulations. The role requires strong leadership skills, as the manager will be the primary point of contact for residents and will need to address any concerns or issues that arise. Additionally, the Community Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors to implement policies and procedures that enhance the community's quality of life. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the condominium association.
  • Manage staff and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents.
  • Address resident concerns and issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to implement policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in property management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of property management software and tools.
  • Understanding of community rules and regulations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
