About the position

The Community Association Manager (HOA Manager) position at Blue Castle Agency is a full-time role based in Exeter, NH, offering a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 per year. This position is pivotal in leading the Homeowners Association (HOA) for one of the agency's thriving communities. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to shape the community's future, ensuring that the needs of residents are met while maintaining the association to the company's high standards. The role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in managing homeowners associations, who possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be responsible for advising clients on financial strategies and other critical decisions, assessing clients' assets, liabilities, and overall financial conditions. You will also manage vendors through contracted services, assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s), and develop Requests for Proposals (RFP) and scopes of work for various projects. Additionally, you will assist the Board of Directors with action items and to-do lists, and attend and conduct Board of Director meetings. Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on financial strategies and other decisions

Requirements

  • Experience managing homeowners associations, HOA (i.e. condo association or single-family communities)
  • Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents
  • Ability to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and have excellent customer service skills
