About the position

The Community Association Manager (CAM) is responsible for overseeing the management and operations of community properties in accordance with the objectives of Interlaced Property Solutions (IPS). This role involves providing leadership, maintaining property standards, and ensuring effective communication between clients, the IPS team, and the Board of Directors. The CAM is also tasked with financial management, staff supervision, and fostering positive relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between clients, IPS, and support staff.
  • Work with the Association Board of Directors to operate the community.
  • Prepare annual budgets and analyze monthly financial statements.
  • Maintain property files and records.
  • Supervise on-site team members.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • Coordinate the move-in process for new residents.
  • Respond to phone calls and correspondence promptly.
  • Run Board of Directors meetings when necessary.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, and budgets.
  • Monitor contracts and ensure vendor compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and update association communications.

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in community property management or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Florida CAM license.
  • Valid FL Driver's license.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
