As a Community Association Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and oversight of a portfolio of community associations. Your role will not only involve coordination and execution of services needed by the community but also acting as a liaison between the association board and RowCal's supporting divisions or third-party service providers. We view our Community Managers as the association's "relationship managers" who ensure smooth communication and operations within the community. Your responsibilities will include ongoing review and coordination of homeowner ACC requests, oversight of covenants enforcement, and administration of on-site association amenities. You will also be responsible for maintaining all association records, addressing homeowner escalations, and updating management plans as necessary. Additionally, you will draft and execute all association communications, approve invoices for payment, and provide feedback to division directors on supporting divisions. Regular site visits, preparation for board meetings, and financial statement reviews will also be part of your monthly and quarterly duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our community associations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of community associations.
  • Act as a liaison between the association board and RowCal's supporting divisions or third-party service providers.
  • Review, coordinate, and respond to homeowner ACC requests.
  • Oversee covenants enforcement and issue violations as necessary.
  • Administer on-site association amenities and gate houses.
  • Maintain all association records in SharePoint and WebAxis.
  • Address and resolve all homeowner escalations.
  • Update and maintain the management plan in CINC Systems as necessary.
  • Draft and execute all association communications including newsletters and emergency notifications.
  • Approve all invoices for payment in accordance with association budget and board direction.
  • Provide feedback to division Director on all RowCal supporting divisions.
  • Review and process violations and ACC requests.
  • Monitor vendor and owner delinquency rates and collections process for the entire portfolio.
  • Prepare for, attend, and administer all Board Meetings as necessary.
  • Audit SharePoint and WebAxis to ensure all records are uploaded and organized properly.
  • Prepare and draft annual operating and reserves budget for all associations.

Requirements

  • 3 years or more experience in property management preferred.
  • Single Family Management/Home Owners Experience preferred.
  • Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Able to problem solve and work independently.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive around the local market regularly.
