The Community Association Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of small to medium-sized condominium communities in Austin, TX. This role involves managing property maintenance, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with community rules while maintaining effective communication with homeowners and condo boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small to medium size condominium communities.
• Check properties consistently to ensure they are well-maintained.
• Handle maintenance requests and supervise maintenance and construction projects.
• Get bids from contractors for various projects.
• Make budgets for the communities and report monthly financials.
• Talk with homeowners and condo boards to address concerns and enforce community rules.
• Prepare community goals and financial plans to achieve them.
• Handle emergency calls and provide bids for new management.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in property management (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License (preferred).
