As a Community Association Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing our on-site operations, ensuring that all aspects of property management are executed with excellence. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various departments to meet company objectives and enhance the living experience for residents. You will work in partnership with Regional Directors and the Board of Directors to implement projects, tackle challenges, and deliver high-quality service to our customers. This position requires a proactive approach to management, where you will lead a team and maintain high standards across all processes and personnel involved in property management. Your responsibilities will include providing management and leadership to your assigned property and book of business. You will oversee the functions of your team, ensuring that all operations align with the company's standards of excellence. Acting as a liaison, you will ensure that quality service is delivered, Board expectations are met, and that any questions or problems are addressed promptly. A thorough understanding of the contract between the association and FirstService Residential is essential, as you will need to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled. Regular site inspections will be part of your routine, where you will identify deficiencies and recommend action plans for property improvements. You will also oversee construction projects, ensuring that maintenance and improvement tasks are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a variety of documentation in our portal, including work orders, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports. Your role will also involve interviewing, selecting, hiring, training, and scheduling staff, ensuring that the property is adequately staffed and that any issues are resolved effectively.
