About the position

The Community Association Manager will oversee the operations and management of condominium associations in the Chicagoland area. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. The manager will work closely with Board Members and manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring smooth operations and addressing owner inquiries promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Managing assignments within the division
  • Overseeing the operations, workflow, and processes
  • Overseeing a portfolio of condominium associations in Chicagoland
  • Preparing yearly budgets for associations
  • Serving as a partner for Board Members to improve the lives of Association members
  • Composing and updating a preventative maintenance plan for each property
  • Responding to owner inquiries and issues promptly and courteously
  • Managing association staff, vendors, and contractors
  • Meeting with contractors to solicit bids or perform work at a property
  • Planning and running Association and Board meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Community Association Manager license
  • 1 year of property management experience
  • 1 year of HOA/Community Association management experience
  • Driver's License
  • Strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Reliable transportation
