About the position

Join our talented and respected team based at our Bellevue, WA office to support a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations in King and Snohomish counties. This full-time salaried opportunity features comprehensive benefits, the opportunity to work remotely as experience accrues and aptitude is demonstrated, and company-paid CAI membership including classes and designation renewals. We pride ourselves on a supportive and collaborative environment, with local ownership and in-office accounting and administrative support. We utilize AppFolio software for integrated client banking, ensuring efficient management of our associations. Candidates with a stable employment background are encouraged to apply, especially those with experience closely related to Community Association Management (excluding apartment management). We are also open to developing candidates with a stable career background in fields such as military service, retail management, retail banking, hospitality, restaurant management, or insurance claims adjusting. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively handle confrontational situations with mature judgment while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor at all times. Exceptional written (keyboarding) and oral communication skills are required. Additionally, candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle, as mileage will be reimbursed for travel to visit communities for monthly site visits, vendor meetings, and client meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Support a portfolio of condominium and homeowner associations in King and Snohomish counties.
  • Manage monthly site visits to communities and meet with vendors and clients.
  • Utilize AppFolio software for integrated client banking and accounting support.
  • Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in confrontational situations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, both in writing and verbally.

Requirements

  • Stable employment background is paramount.
  • Experience in Community Association Management or closely related fields is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confrontational situations with mature judgment.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills are required.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to community sites.

Nice-to-haves

  • CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is preferred.
