This full-time salaried opportunity features comprehensive benefits, the opportunity to work remotely as experience accrues and aptitude is demonstrated, and company-paid CAI membership including classes and designation renewals. We pride ourselves on a supportive and collaborative environment, with local ownership and in-office accounting and administrative support. We utilize AppFolio software for integrated client banking, ensuring efficient management of our associations. Candidates with a stable employment background are encouraged to apply, especially those with experience closely related to Community Association Management (excluding apartment management). We are also open to developing candidates with a stable career background in fields such as military service, retail management, retail banking, hospitality, restaurant management, or insurance claims adjusting. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to effectively handle confrontational situations with mature judgment while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor at all times. Exceptional written (keyboarding) and oral communication skills are required. Additionally, candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle, as mileage will be reimbursed for travel to visit communities for monthly site visits, vendor meetings, and client meetings.
