About the position

The Community Association Portfolio Manager will oversee a portfolio of Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium communities, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with various stakeholders including Board members, homeowners, and vendors. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution, with a strong emphasis on customer service and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of HOA and/or Condo Community Associations.
  • Conduct regular compliance inspections in the community using a company-provided vehicle.
  • Attend annual meetings for each association in the manager's portfolio.
  • Assist the Board of Directors and Accounting staff in preparing draft budgets for each community annually.
  • Review monthly financial reports and make recommendations to the Association Board of Directors.
  • Review delinquent homeowner accounts and make collection recommendations to the Association Board of Directors.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Board of Directors, vendors, and homeowners.
  • Respond to all incoming phone calls and emails within 24-48 hours, providing answers and support.
  • Review Governing Documents and provide recommendations and solutions to issues raised.
  • Obtain, compare, and present vendor bids for property improvements and maintenance to the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee contracted vendors to ensure compliance with contracts and address issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with Collections, Accounting, and Support Teams to manage all aspects of homeowners and communities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • 1 year of experience in HOA/Condo Association Management (Preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License (Required).
  • GA Real Estate Sales or CAM License (Required).
