About the position

The Senior Community Association Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of condominium and homeowners' association (HOA) communities. This role involves strong communication and relationship management skills, as well as organizational and time management abilities. The manager serves as a key resource for the HOA board, assisting in the operation and management of community affairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of condominium and HOA communities.
• Serve as the primary contact for board requests and act as a liaison between the board and ACM.
• Assist board members in the operation of the community and present information at meetings.
• Identify and analyze issues and trends in community member requests.
• Direct requests to appropriate ACM departments for response.
• Review performance of community attorneys and service providers with the board.
• Prepare monthly activity and variance reports for the board.
• Coordinate the preparation of yearly budgets with the board and ACM team members.
• Solicit proposals and prepare bid comparisons.
• Review proposals, contracts, and code invoices for budget oversight.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in community association management.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid CMCA certification (preferred).
• Associate's degree (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Federal, State, and Local statutes and regulations.
