About the position

The Community Bank Channel Partner Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for managing and enhancing the satisfaction and growth of assigned bank partners. This role involves developing strategic action plans to meet both bank and Elavon goals, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring compliance with co-branded content. The manager will work closely with bank management to promote revenue initiatives and lead various marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Work with partner banks to understand their goals and build strategic action plans.
  • Develop incremental sources of revenue with bank management and sales teams.
  • Initiate sales and vertical market campaigns.
  • Conduct data mining initiatives to identify new opportunities.
  • Administer bank partner business review sessions and ensure compliance of co-branded content.
  • Develop and administer training for bank partners.
  • Act as the key liaison for conversion management and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Seven to nine years of financial sales experience.
  • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
