About the position

The Community Bank Channel Partner Manager at U.S. Bank is responsible for managing and enhancing the satisfaction and growth of assigned bank partners. This role involves developing strategic action plans to align with both bank and Elavon goals, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring compliance and effective communication with bank partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work with partner to understand bank goals and build strategic action plans to meet both bank and Elavon goals on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis.
  • Develop incremental sources of revenue with bank management and sales.
  • Promote acceptance of revenue initiatives with bank management.
  • Initiate sales and vertical market campaigns.
  • Conduct data mining initiatives and specialized bank segment campaigns.
  • Manage brand awareness and content across all mediums.
  • Leverage website opportunities between Elavon and bank partners.
  • Identify strategic opportunities including emerging markets and product margins.
  • Create and administer bank partner business review sessions.
  • Ensure compliance of co-branded content and develop bank partner training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Seven to nine years of financial sales experience.
  • Ability to travel (local, regional, national).
