The Community Banking Associate plays a crucial role in managing client bank accounts with CiraConnect's banking partners. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are committed to providing exceptional customer service. The associate will handle various banking tasks, including account setup, maintenance, and closure, while ensuring effective communication with banking partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up new client bank accounts
• Process intra-bank transfers
• Process wire transfers
• Process bank account closures and final disbursement requests for terminating clients
• Process debit card requests
• Process CD account openings with partner banks
• Manage Community Banking department email, cases, and tasks
• Handle special banking-related projects as requested
• Maintain communication with banking partner relationship managers
• Make special requests and troubleshoot problems with banking partners
• Perform other work-related tasks as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to help
