About the position

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch or multiple branches at Firstrust Bank. This role focuses on developing business, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining operational integrity, and managing expenses. The Branch Manager leads a team to achieve sales goals, fosters a motivational environment, and ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of employees and/or multiple branches to develop business and provide extraordinary customer service.
  • Direct daily sales, operational, and administrative activities of the branch.
  • Develop new business and actively sell bank products to potential and existing customers.
  • Build strong partnerships with various banking departments to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor branch performance against goals and implement strategic plans accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with bank audit and security policies and federal regulations.
  • Manage the professional development of branch team members, including training and performance reviews.
  • Oversee branch appearance and ensure adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of successful branch management experience required.
  • High School diploma required; 4-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures affecting retail and business services.
  • Thorough knowledge of bank retail products and services.
  • Advanced PC literacy and experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM system preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Licensure to sell alternative investments and insurance (not required).
