About the position

The Community Brand Ambassador serves as the face of Wildfire Credit Union, responsible for building relationships with community organizations and enhancing the credit union's visibility through strategic engagement. This role focuses on promoting financial literacy and fostering a positive brand image while delivering high-quality service to both internal and external members.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with community organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in community engagement, public relations, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local community and its needs.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Experience in event planning and community outreach.
  • Good math skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and public relations strategies.
  • Passionate about community service and the credit union movement.
