Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the leasing team at the apartment community.

  • Create excitement through marketing campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Follow up with leads and provide tailored updates to prospective residents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
