Responsibilities

  • Provides supervision to assigned caseload and identifies risks and needs.
  • Develops individualized case plans and completes ongoing assessments.
  • Utilizes communication strategies to support case plans and makes referrals to community-based programs.
  • Evaluates and monitors client compliance, performance, and progress, holding clients accountable.
  • Prepares legal documents for court and assists clients with budgeting to address financial obligations.
  • Conducts interviews to determine eligibility and makes recommendations to the court based on prior criminal history.
  • Arranges or provides transportation to clients and communicates with various stakeholders to ensure compliance.
  • Conducts work, home, or school visits and determines approved residential placements.
  • Attends revocation hearings and testifies in court as needed.
  • Collects and inputs data, case notes, and file information into assigned computer programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
  • One year of criminal justice or related experience.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Successfully pass a criminal history check.
