Responsibilities

• Support individuals in exploring volunteer opportunities and their local community.
• Plan social and recreational activities to expand the individual's network.
• Assist with mobility training to increase independence in accessing the community.
• Develop and implement a plan of direct support for personal goals.
• Document progress and collaborate with a larger team to analyze metrics and determine future steps.

Requirements

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Strong customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences preferred.
• Valid CA driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass a background check.
