About the position

The Community Engagement Manager will lead all aspects of community engagement, overseeing marketing and event initiatives as well as managing the marketing team members. This position is crucial for developing and executing the content and strategy for the firm's social media, website, and various forms of internal and external communication across different media types. The role requires a proactive approach to developing and utilizing new forms of media, such as video, and implementing new media platforms as they become available. Additionally, the Community Engagement Manager will be accountable for organizing and executing all internal and external events, ensuring they align with the firm's goals and community engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in community engagement, marketing, or a related field. Proven leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. Strong technical skills are required, including proficiency in video creation, editing, and social media management.
