The Community Engagement Manager will execute various deliverables that support the growth of community and patient relationships, ensuring that the organization’s services are accessible to the surrounding communities and target populations. In this role, the manager will design and implement a grassroots presence in the community, which includes developing an annual calendar of events, engaging key messages, and activities aimed at increasing participation in Care Alliance services. As a representative and spokesperson for CAHC, the manager will engage with prospective and current community and corporate partners at meetings and special events. Establishing positive relationships with organizations and neighborhood stakeholders, such as schools, places of worship, businesses, recreation centers, and social service providers, is crucial to supporting the mission of Care Alliance. The manager will ensure effective communication and advertisement for all events, create pathways for new patients to connect with CAHC, particularly focusing on the uninsured and underinsured populations, and spearhead community-based health education and engagement activities to increase access to CAHC services.
