About the position

The Community Engagement Team Member plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and driving business growth for clients in the automotive industry. This position involves engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless service experience. Team members will gain comprehensive knowledge of products and sales strategies while contributing to the overall success of the company's growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Master the ins and outs of all product knowledge, pricing, sales promotions, and contract negotiation.
  • Answer consumer questions and ease concerns by educating customers on the perks of clients vs. the competition.
  • Recommend products and services best suited to consumer needs and inform them of any sales promotions we have to offer.
  • Complete sales for new customer accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Keep track of all consumer interactions and report back to sales executives on ways to improve the consumer experience.
  • Contribute ideas on how to improve sales processes and customer interactions to make them more efficient and profitable.
  • Participate in extensive sales training led by managers to increase client knowledge, business expertise, and gain new sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative, or similar.
  • Possess strong communication and people skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proven record of overturning customer concerns.
  • Outgoing, personable, and affable personality.
