About the position

The Community First Services and Support Manager at Mains'l is responsible for overseeing the CFSS program, which empowers individuals to take charge of their own services through self-direction. This role involves educating participants about the program, managing service budgets, and enhancing program policies while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to participants and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with participants and case managers to manage service budgets efficiently.
  • Enhance program policies and procedures and successfully enroll and educate new participants.
  • Educate current program participants on the CFSS program while promoting self-direction as a brand ambassador for Mains'l.
  • Conduct data entry and review of payable invoices and payroll processes.
  • Manage employer, employee, and vendor paperwork on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintain strong relationships through effective non-face-to-face communication.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with database technology is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
