Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clinical staff in their daily activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide crisis management support and interventions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Oversee medical documentation and maintain accurate medical records for all clients.
• Facilitate clinical counseling sessions, offering guidance and support to both clients and staff.
• Collaborate with community resources to enhance home community care services for patients.
• Train and mentor staff on effective techniques for working with individuals with autism.

Requirements

• Proven experience in supervising clinical teams within a mental health setting.
• Strong background in crisis management, patient assessment, and clinical counseling.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
• Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a compassionate approach toward client care.
