The Community Health department at the YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking an Office Manager to play a vital role in supporting our mission of strengthening the community. This part-time position, starting at $16.00 per hour, involves a variety of administrative tasks aimed at enhancing member engagement and program management. The Office Manager will be responsible for making follow-up calls to members, performing data entry, and managing various administrative duties that contribute to client retention and program success. In this role, the Office Manager will complete program data entry, retrieve data from program databases, and maintain tracking spreadsheets to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of program participation. Additionally, the Office Manager will conduct outreach to potential program participants at community events and follow up with potential clients to encourage their involvement in YMCA programs. This position is essential in fostering relationships with community members and ensuring that our programs are accessible and beneficial to all.
