About the position

The Community Leasing Manager is a pivotal role responsible for managing all leasing and marketing activities for assigned site(s) within Core Spaces. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively oversee lease administration, create and implement comprehensive marketing plans, and manage the daily operations of the leasing office. The Community Leasing Manager will also supervise the leasing staff, ensuring that all team members are performing optimally and developing their skills to meet the demands of the role. In this leadership position, the Community Leasing Manager will lead and supervise all leasing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal team performance. This includes training new employees, managing performance, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise within the team. The manager will also be responsible for formulating marketing strategies and organizing in-house events, while overseeing external marketing efforts to attract potential tenants. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements is a critical aspect of this role. The Community Leasing Manager must uphold brand and company standards, ensuring that the property is consistently presented in an exceptional manner. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with the Property Manager on special projects and assignments, completing all assigned HR and People Operations-related tasks as necessary. The role requires flexibility, as the Community Leasing Manager must be available for additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary. The position also involves physical demands, such as lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, which may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all leasing staff, ensuring optimal team performance and development.
  • Provide guidance and support to leasing office staff, including training, performance management, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Formulate strategies and organize in-house events, along with overseeing the orchestration of external marketing endeavors.
  • Ensure timely completion of all leasing and marketing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Uphold brand and company standards, ensuring that the property is consistently presented in an exceptional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager on special projects and assignments.
  • Complete all assigned HR/People Operations-related tasks.
  • Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours.
