About the position

As a Community Manager at IWG, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of your center. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate your team and create an exceptional working environment that fosters customer satisfaction and retention. You will be the face of the center, welcoming members and guests, and ensuring they have everything they need for a productive day. Your day will start with a review of the daily report to plan and prepare for the day ahead. You will oversee reception, greet members, and assist them in setting up their meeting rooms, including Wi-Fi connections and screen sharing applications for presentations. Throughout the day, you will engage with new members to understand their business needs and explore opportunities for networking within the center. You will coordinate with your Community Associate to prepare for the move-in of a large company, ensuring that all welcome kits, badges, and keys are ready. You will also be involved in sales activities, offering tours to potential members and explaining the benefits of IWG membership. In addition to customer interaction, you will manage administrative tasks such as reviewing billing to ensure all customers are current, maintaining the appearance of the center, and addressing any maintenance issues.
