About the position

The Community Manager at Azure Villas Apartments is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the property, including team building, marketing, budget management, and ensuring the overall success of the community. This role requires a skilled leader who can effectively manage a fast-paced apartment community and contribute to the growth and development of both the property and its employees.

Responsibilities

• Build and train the property management team.
• Market the property to attract new residents.
• Oversee and maintain the property budget.
• Manage all operational tasks to ensure the property thrives.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Recent experience managing a fast-paced apartment community.
• Supervisory or management experience is required.
• Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred.
• Strong team building and effective management skills.
• Demonstrated operational skills including marketing, budgeting, and sales.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
