We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at a 180 unit tax credit apartment community in Buckeye, AZ. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive living environment and building strong relationships with residents, which is essential for the success of the community. Your leadership will guide the site personnel, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to provide excellent service to our residents. You will also be responsible for maintaining stable occupancy levels and meeting budgeted financial goals, which are critical to the overall success of the property. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive community for all residents.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
  • Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
  • Train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
  • Establish positive relationships within the community
  • Be on-call as scheduled by management

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferred
  • Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
  • Yardi software experience preferred
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
